Kari Cerutti brings nearly two decades of healthcare and senior living experience to her role as Executive Director at Traditions at Aboite. Her career began 18 years ago in housekeeping and laundry services, where she quickly discovered a passion for serving older adults. From there, she advanced into admissions, marketing, and sales leadership roles in long-term care before expanding her experience as a hospice account executive. Most recently, Kari served as both Director of Marketing and Sales and Executive Director at another senior living community, further developing her commitment to exceptional resident care and community leadership.
For Kari, senior living is more than a career. It is a calling. While she once dreamed of becoming a nurse, she found her purpose through helping seniors and their families navigate important life transitions. She believes that listening to residents' stories, honoring their experiences, and advocating for their needs are among the most rewarding aspects of her work.
"My favorite part of senior living is sitting down with residents and hearing the stories of their lives. They become like family, and it is a privilege to be part of their journey."
Kari is passionate about creating an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and empowered to live fulfilling lives. She finds deep meaning in building relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves every day.
Outside of work, Kari loves spending time outdoors and has a well-known passion for plants. In her words, she can never have enough of them.
